Building Engineering recognises that the necessary policies and processes in relation to quality, Occupational Health and Safety, industrial relations and staff training are of primary importance to the overall success of our business and more importantly are a fundamental element in today’s construction industry.
Policies have been well established within the organization and both Directors are actively responsible for updating these policies.
Not only is maintaining these policies critical, but even more relevant is the need to remain up to date with current industry requirements and to continue with diligent staff training.
Together with our comprehensive Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Manual, we aim to maintain a framework to acknowledge Quality Assurance, Employee and Industrial Relations.
