As principals, we work directly with our clients. We develop enduring partnerships with architects, designers, consultants, suppliers and contractors. 90% of Building Engineering’s annual business comes from ongoing relationships.

The Building Engineering team comprises degree or trade qualified personnel, bringing a unique combination of technical expertise and extensive construction experience. We pride ourselves on our adaptability. Our compact company structure allows us unrivalled scope to respond creatively to diverse project requirements. 

Estimating Department
A dedicated and commercially astute team of experienced and cadet estimators ensure accurate pricing of multiple projects.  

Project Management
We take the time to understand our client’s needs. We form working relationships that are collaborative and congenial. The first thing we build with our clients is a successful team. We’re experts at identifying issues unique to particular projects, and we design and implement delivery strategies that solve problems before they occur. Project Managers ensure sites are compliant with the latest OH&S regulations.

Contracts Administration
We are proud of our strong site coordination, budget management and thorough reporting procedures. Quality is assured by seamless information flow between site, sub-contractors and consultants.

Administrators ensure RFI’s, VQ’s, progress claims, cash flow, insurance compliance and contractual obligations all run smoothly.

Site Supervision
Site supervisors are carefully selected. We expect them to be on top of all aspects of site works, co-ordinate construction programs, and manage accurate, timely communications up and down the line. Our track record on site safety speaks for itself. We do everything in our power to ensure incident-free sites and engage a third party to independently audit the safety of every project. Our industrial relations record is excellent.

Sub-Contractors
We understand that first class quality relies on more than just inspecting work and using good tradesmen. Building Engineering nourishes strong relationships with consultants and sub-contractors. We ensure the quality of our projects by using a loyal team of sub-contractors who understand our construction language.
