Description
Stage 1B of the Chemistry Building Redevelopment involved the refurbishment of Level 1 and the construction of a new Citipower substation building. Works included significant structural demolition in the existing period building, demolition of laboratory areas and the architectural fit-out to accommodate the new Chemistry Building Library. Bldg.Eng was subsequently awarded Stage 1C – Enabling Works and Stage 1C – Spectroscopy Laboratory fit-out.
