Stage 2 of the Chemistry Building Redevelopment involved the complete demolition and refurbishment of the level 2 laboratories across 1400m2 incorporating extensive mechanical, hydraulic and electrical services. In addition a new chemical waste store and switch room were also completed in the basement level.
