Description
The refurbishment of the Laboratory space and construction of a new Waste Holding Facility was completed for the Department of Microbiology at Melbourne University. Works included internal renovations whilst the Research Facility remained in operation. Challenges included restricted hours of work, limited access and lab specific PC2 requirements. The construction of the new Waste Holding Facility on the ground floor was completed concurrently and both stages were completed well ahead of schedule.
