Building Engineering Connects with Future Talent at RMIT University Careers Fair

Building Engineering was proud to be part of the recent RMIT University Careers Fair, connecting with the next generation of construction and engineering professionals.

Our team had a fantastic day engaging with students from a range of disciplines, sharing insights into the industry and what a career at Building Engineering can offer. The level of interest and enthusiasm was outstanding, with many students keen to learn more about our projects, culture, and career pathways.

A big shout-out to our team on the ground, Jayda Balas and Nicholas Hodgson, who represented Building Engineering alongside Contract Manager Tom Fort Williams. Jayda, an RMIT graduate who completed her Bachelor of Applied Science, Project Management in 2024, joined Building Engineering through our Graduate Program and has quickly made her mark.

It was a full-circle moment to share with students that not long ago, Jayda and Nic were in their shoes, introducing themselves at careers fairs, and now they are part of our team, contributing to projects and building their careers. Seeing that journey come to life is what makes these events so meaningful.
