Inside Atlassian Central breakfast

Last Wednesday, our Building Engineering team attended the Inside Atlassian Central Breakfast hosted by the Property Council of Australia.

This is one of the first networking events for three of our recently nominated Property Council of Australia 500 Women in Property members, alongside Building Engineering’s Business and Relationship Manager David Hunter.

David is a sponsor for our four nominees and will advocate for our team members in the workplace, championing their skills and success, and helping build their network and profile.

The breakfast was a deep dive into the project revolutionising sustainable commercial buildings. The expert panel, Jill Garner (Victorian State Architect), Brenton McEwan (Dexus) and Ric Wang (Atlassian) focused on the opportunities that Atlassian Central presents in construction, commercial development, and the implementation of similar projects in Victoria and the rest of Australia.

“The event was a great opportunity to network with like-minded peers within the industry. As a Design Manager, reviewing the design concepts for Atlassian Central was fascinating. As one of the world’s tallest hybrid timber and steel buildings, this will set the mark for the future of buildings.”
