Project update – 5 Bowen Crescent
Construction works are progressing significantly at our 5 Bowen Crescent project. In collaboration with Inhabit, and the project team, we have developed the complex design, engineering, and certification of the rainscreen frontage, which has transformed the elevation of the building with a contemporary new façade.
The lighting extrusions are in, and the LED lights are shining, highlighting the anodised mesh screen. The unique tension mesh was manufactured and anodised in Germany.
Thank you to Etched, and Design and Build Electrical who were instrumental partners in installing the rainscreen façade.
Currently, our team is finalising the upper rainscreen façade panels and lights, the custom terrazzo flooring by InStyle Stone is almost complete, the Bowen Crescent canopy steel is ready to be painted, and the end-of-trip facilities and Level 7 fit-out are almost complete.
Upcoming works include the external entertainment spaces, Bowen Crescent shop fronts, and ground floor foyer and lobby spaces.
Once complete, the extensive refurbishment of all 14 levels will provide tenants and building users with a modern, well-appointed workspace in a fantastic location just a few minutes’ walk to the new Anzac station with the CBD just a single stop away.
