Richmond Primary School well underway

Building Engineering, in partnership with the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA), is leading the modernisation and expansion of Richmond Primary School. This project will enhance the school’s facilities, provide improved learning spaces, and create additional places for 100 local students.

With the school situated on a constrained site, the new building has been designed to maximise vertical space, preserving the school’s open areas, which are highly valued by the school community. Our consultant and engineering teams have worked closely with teachers, the principal, and the school council to ensure the design meets the school’s educational and curriculum needs.

The multi-level building will feature a science lab, kitchen, community hub, collaboration spaces, and an indoor performing arts space large enough to bring the entire school together under one roof.

We can’t wait to deliver a future-ready learning environment for this vibrant school community!
