Spotlight on our Project Manager Will Devlin

We are thrilled to introduce you to one of the brilliant minds behind our projects, Will Devlin! As our esteemed Project Manager, Will brings not only extensive experience but also an unwavering passion for the construction industry.

Currently leading project teams at Northcote High School and the St Mina and St. Marina Coptic Orthodox Church, Will is no stranger to tackling challenges head-on. His favourite project to date? The iconic Zara flagship store in Bourke Street, Melbourne CBD. Will fondly recalls the success in overcoming obstacles in that project, including navigating difficult access and ensuring timely delivery for an international client.

With over 16 years in the field, Will has honed his skills, and his commitment to excellence and knack for problem-solving shine through in every project he undertakes. One of Will’s greatest strengths lies in his ability to lead with finesse, often leading multiple project teams simultaneously.

Outside of work, Will is a massive footy fan and enjoys the races. It’s the dynamic nature of the construction industry that truly captivates him. Every day presents a new challenge, a fresh opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and innovate solutions.

In Will Devlin, we have a leader who not only embodies excellence but also inspires those around him to reach greater heights.

Over to you, Will!
