The Building Engineering Graduate Program
The annual RMIT School of Property, Construction, and Project Management Careers Day was held yesterday at RMIT’s historic Storey Hall Building at the RMIT City Campus.
As one of the largest careers days to date with over 300 students and 81 companies in attendance, our team was thrilled to continue to support this fantastic event.

Sophie joined Building Engineering as a Cadet in 2016 and following the completion of the Graduate Program has since progressed to the role of Project Manager. Sophie is currently managing the Lort Smith Animal Hospital project in North Melbourne.

The Building Engineering Graduate Program provides the skills needed to develop a career in construction.
As one of the most well-respected graduate programs in the industry, the program targets young professionals who have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture.
The Building Engineering Graduate Program is an 18-month full-time program that provides graduates exposure to multiple departments within the business including estimating, and construction.
Building Engineering offers graduates exposure and hands-on experience in many facets of the construction industry – from pricing to project delivery – with a friendly, energetic team of highly skilled construction professionals.
