Warralily Park Primary School and Kindergarten: Construction update

Building Engineering is proud to announce significant progress on the construction of Warralily Park Primary School and Kindergarten in Armstrong Creek, Geelong. The project, commissioned by the Victorian School Building Authority, is set to be a vital educational hub for the growing community, offering state-of-the-art facilities for students and the surrounding neighbourhood.

In a recent video update, Project Manager Ben Coull shared insights from the construction site, outlining the project’s scope and vision. “This project, which is being built for the Victorian School Building Authority, is designed to accommodate up to 650 students. It includes an administration and library building, including spaces for art, science, and food technology, three learning neighbourhoods, hard courts, a sports field, and a community hub building.” Ben explained.

The Warralily Park Primary School is designed to foster collaborative learning while offering flexible spaces for future expansion. The inclusion of communal spaces and outdoor amenities aims to encourage not just academic growth but also the social and physical development of students.

Construction is well underway, with significant groundworks now complete and structural elements taking shape. “It’s great to see the vision for this modern campus coming to life,” Ben said, highlighting the hard work and dedication of the Building Engineering team.

Scheduled to open for Day 1 Term 1 2026, this project is poised to be a vibrant educational cornerstone in Armstrong Creek.

Stay tuned for more updates as the construction progresses and the vision for Warralily Park Primary School becomes a reality.
