The ‘A Park Close to Home’ project involves the delivery of a new park to the heart of Brunswick, at 14 Frith Street. This project includes transforming an old warehouse into a vibrant parkland, complete with a warm shell restaurant/café tenancy.
The project scope consists a thorough redevelopment effort, encompassing the revitalisation of the area by preserving the structural steelwork whilst revamping the existing brick façade through extensive demolition work.
