Building Engineering was engaged to deliver the Epping Private Hospital Day Surgery and Inpatient Unit for repeat clients Healthe Care Australia. In successfully delivering the ECI stage, and following this an early works package, Building Engineering was also engaged to deliver the main works package under a Design and Construct (D&C) contract method.
Stage one included the early works, demolishing the existing tenancies on level one.
Stage two comprised the bulk of the D&C package spread over the ground floor and level one.
