Engaged under a Design and Construct contract with documentation at 50%, Building Engineering faced the challenge of no structural documentation and a decision to be made between modular or traditional construction.

With a tight timeline, a modular solution ensured our site team was furnished with construction documentation in line with the programmed construction sequence.

On discovery of contaminated material, we were able to raise the building height in order to reduce the quantity of contaminated material requiring disposal.
