South Eastern Private Hospital Hydrotherapy Pool

The South Eastern Private Hospital Hydrotherapy Pool project consisted of a brownfield redevelopment where the new building works were required to ‘knit’ into the existing hospital.

The new works consisted of the hydrotherapy pool annexed off a new gym, ADL kitchen consulting suites, and male and female change areas.

Car parking was also included in this scope of work.

During construction, approval was granted to construct an additional 11 bed ward linking to the existing hospital.
