Monash University Building H Caulfield Cladding Replacement

Removal and replacement of unsuitable ACP cladding on Building H at Monash University’s Caulfield campus completed under a Design & Construct contract.

The majority of works included the removal of cladding on the north east facade with additional removal of cladding on the parapet fascia.

Refurbishment activities were extensively programmed to significantly reduct disruption to ongoing campus operations.

With a large portion of the works occurring adjacent Dandenong Road, our team liaised closely with VicRoads to coordinate all necessary approvals and permits.
