Building Engineering has completed the Foxford Innovation Centre at St Columba’s College, located at the corner of Buckley and Lorraine Streets.

The building integrates with the heritage character of the adjacent Bruton building, incorporating architectural features such as arches and curved forms to align with the existing campus design.

The facility includes purpose-built specialist learning spaces to support cross-disciplinary education, including:

  • Junior and Senior Food Technology Kitchens
  • Food Technology Flexible Learning Areas
  • Maker Spaces
  • Textiles and Ceramics Studios
  • Digital Design and Photography Studios
  • General Arts Classrooms
  • General Science Labs
  • Chemistry, Biology, and Physics Laboratories
  • Science Preparation Room
  • Canteen Kitchen and Food Store
  • Competition-Grade Sports Court

The project supports the College’s STEAM curriculum by providing flexible breakout areas with IT connectivity and adaptable furniture to accommodate a range of teaching and learning styles.
