We’re proud to celebrate the official opening of 380 St Kilda Road – a transformative project we were honoured to deliver for our long-standing client Mirvac.
This benchmark repositioning involved extensive structural upgrades, a full lobby refurbishment, new ground floor hospitality spaces, a new Woolworths Metro, and premium end-of-trip facilities – all delivered within a fully operational, occupied building in one of Melbourne’s most prominent commercial locations.
A huge thank you to Mirvac for placing their trust in Building Engineering to deliver this next-generation workplace. We also extend our sincere thanks to Architectus and 3-Point Project Management – your collaboration was critical to the success of this complex, high-profile project.
