St Mina & St Marina Coptic Orthodox Church – Stage 1 nearing completion
The St. Mina & St. Marina project in Hallam is powering towards completion, with timelapse footage capturing the remarkable progress of this major community hub.
Stage 1 delivers a contemporary two-storey childcare centre designed to support early learning across age groups. Purpose-built areas cater to children aged 0–5 years, complemented by dedicated amenities, staff facilities, a kitchen, and ground-level outdoor play spaces, as well as Level 1 outdoor terracing.
Alongside this, a three-storey “cold shell” building has been constructed, ready for future fit-out works that will further expand the precinct’s offerings. Stage 1 construction works are on track for completion in early October.
With its striking masonry façade and thoughtfully planned spaces, the development is set to become a vibrant destination for families, learning, and community connection.
