Building Engineering is delivering the new Haileybury Brighton Creative Arts Centre, a significant development that will transform the campus with contemporary facilities dedicated to creativity, performance and learning.
The project involves constructing a new multi-level Performing Arts Building, including basement and upper levels, with a state-of-the-art auditorium that will serve as the campus’s cultural heart. The development also includes refurbishments to existing buildings across the broader Arts Precinct, upgrades to 130 South Road, and refurbishments to 1, 3 and 5 Imbros Street.
Additional works include a connecting canopy and deck linking the Imbros Street buildings, along with extensive external works to create a cohesive, integrated arts precinct.
Once complete, the Creative Arts Centre will provide modern teaching, rehearsal and performance spaces for music, drama and visual arts, as well as facilities for assemblies and community celebrations. The development will enhance the student experience and support Haileybury’s long-term vision for arts education and cultural enrichment.
Building Engineering is proudly delivering the project in collaboration with Johnstaff and Architectus.
