Streetscape undertook the removal and replacement of non-compliant cladding at the Homes Victoria residential complex on Drummond Street in Carlton. The project involved installing new 3mm solid aluminium cladding to ensure compliance with current safety standards.
Works were carried out within a live residential environment, requiring careful coordination and communication to minimise disruption to tenants throughout the construction period. This project formed part of a series of four sites completed consecutively for Homes Victoria, bringing each building up to standard.
