Streetscape undertook the removal of non-compliant cladding and installed new 3 mm solid aluminium panels at the Homes Victoria residential complex on Hoddle Street in Collingwood.
Delivered within an occupied residential setting, the project was carefully managed to maintain tenant safety and minimise disruption while bringing the building up to current compliance standards. This project formed part of a series of four sites completed consecutively for Homes Victoria, bringing each building up to standard.
