This project, a joint initiative between Monash Health and Cardinia Shire Council, transformed the former Council offices to deliver an integrated Health Hub for the community by enabling the consolidation of a range of health services previously located across numerous sites.

The Health Hub accommodates diverse services including child and family services, counselling, community health services, specialist clinics, Casey adult mental health services, pathology, pharmacy, maternal child health nurses, maternity services and Casey Cardinia Legal service.

This project was completed in September 2017.
