Level 8 Rooftop, 380 St Kilda Road

The project builds on the major redevelopment we completed in 2024, which transformed the building through three separable portions of work. That earlier phase transformed the building through extensive lobby, retail, and office refurbishments, a Woolworths Metro fit-out, premium end-of-trip facilities, car park-to-office conversions, façade renewals, and significant external landscaping across St Kilda Road, Park Street, and Wells Street.

The new rooftop terrace continues that vision, creating a high-quality outdoor space designed for tenant amenity and everyday enjoyment. Delivered in close collaboration with Mirvac and AlphaPCM, the project reflects a strong focus on functionality, durability and refined detailing, brought to life through careful planning and seamless delivery.
