Working closely with the leading national owner / operator, Regis Aged Care, and in close collaboration with HSPC Health Architects, Building Engineering is currently delivering a greenfields residential aged care facility, located in the Melbourne suburb of Camberwell.
The project includes 113 resident bedrooms housed within a contemporary four-level complex. The building has been designed to meet stringent town planning requirements and to complement the amenity of its established locale.
All bedrooms are generously sized and will include ensuites. The upper level of the building will feature expansive communal areas, together with extra services and several studio apartments.
A full basement will house a fresh cook kitchen, full commercial laundry, staff facilities, material handling, waste areas, and car parking.
The project scope includes the delivery of:
- 113 single bedrooms, including 14-beded dementia care unit
- Nine penthouse apartments
- Four levels, with basement car parking and back of house
- Extensive residential facilities, balconies, and landscaping
- Premium quality resident accommodation
The project is set for completion in 2024.
