Building Engineering is proud to have delivered the St Catherine’s Student Centre at Siena College, a contemporary three-level facility designed to bring together key student services into a central, connected hub for the campus community.
Constructed on a carefully integrated greenfield site, the project strengthens links across the existing school environment, seamlessly connecting with surrounding learning areas while maintaining the character of the established campus. Delivered in close collaboration with Williams Ross Architects and Siena College, the project reflects a shared commitment to creating flexible, student-focused spaces that support both learning and wellbeing.
At the heart of the building is a striking central stair and open foyer, forming a dynamic internal spine that connects all three levels. These light-filled spaces provide visual connections across the campus and to the surrounding tree canopy, enhancing the overall sense of openness and connection to place.
Through strong coordination, careful planning, and a collaborative delivery approach, Building Engineering successfully delivered a high-quality education facility that supports Siena College’s vision for a cohesive and future-focused student environment.
