Work Club – 7 Spencer Street Melbourne

Positioned on the Yarra River within Melbourne’s North Wharf precinct, 7 Spencer Street is a new-generation commercial tower comprising more than 45,000sqm of premium office space.

Within this high-quality commercial setting, Building Engineering delivered Work Club’s new flexible workplace and hospitality environment, incorporating private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms, multipurpose spaces, conference and event facilities, and a licensed Club Lounge.

The project required the careful coordination of a diverse range of stakeholders, with a strong focus on construction quality, detailing and finishes befitting both the Work Club brand and the premium nature of the surrounding development.

Through considered planning, coordination and program management, our project team successfully delivered the fit out on schedule, creating a high-quality new destination for Work Club and further demonstrating Building Engineering’s capability in delivering premium commercial fit-outs within complex CBD environments.
