This project involved the construction of a new multi-purpose facility on the site of an existing grade level car park. New footings, associated drainage and ground works, and a new slab was poured. Existing concrete beams of the over lying founders building were left exposed, juxtaposed with Atkar roof panels. Refurbishment works including a new foyer, unisex facilities, print room and project room were also part of the scope. Significant landscaping was completed, designed to meld in with the existing campus gardens.
