Rooftop terrace transformation completed at 380 St Kilda Road

Building Engineering is proud to have delivered the newly completed Level 8 rooftop terrace at 380 St Kilda Road, marking the next chapter of works at this landmark Mirvac asset.

This rooftop upgrade builds on the successful completion of the broader 380 St Kilda Road redevelopment we delivered in 2024, a complex project completed across three separable portions. Those works transformed the building through extensive lobby, retail, and office refurbishments, a Woolworths Metro fit-out, premium end-of-trip facilities, car park-to-office conversions, façade renewals, and significant external landscaping across St Kilda Road, Park Street, and Wells Street.

The new rooftop terrace continues that vision, creating a high-quality outdoor space designed for tenant amenity and everyday enjoyment. Delivered in close collaboration with Mirvac and AlphaPCM, the project reflects a strong focus on functionality, durability and refined detailing, brought to life through careful planning and seamless delivery.
