Celebrating our wins at the 2025 Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards

We’re thrilled to share that Building Engineering proudly took home two honours at the 2025 Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards, held on Friday night at Crown Palladium.

In a competitive landscape, with a record number of entries for the Master Builders Association of Victoria and over 850 attendees on the night, our projects stood out amongst some of the state’s best.

Our Yubup Park project — delivered for Merri-bek City Council in collaboration with DesignInc — was awarded Excellence in Civil Construction – Under $10M. This recognition reflects the precision, quality, and teamwork that brought this vibrant community space to life. We’re proud of the way our project team, subcontractors, consultants, and client partners worked together to create a facility that will serve the local community for years to come.

We also received a Special Commendation for Best Sustainable Project – Under $30M for our Northern Memorial Park Depot, delivered for the Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust in partnership with Searle x Waldron Architecture. This project’s sustainable design, innovative construction methods, and enduring environmental benefits are a credit to the close collaboration between all parties involved.

These achievements reflect the passion, skill, and strong partnerships that define Building Engineering. Congratulations to our talented teams, clients, architects, and industry partners who made these successes possible, we couldn’t be prouder!
