Building Engineering is excited to announce our appointment as Building Contractor for the refurbishment of 5 Bowen Crescent in Melbourne. It’s all about good bones, which this building has in spades but it’s time to give this iconic tower in the St Kilda Road precinct a new lease on life. We are looking forward to working with Bowen Investments and their appointed consultants to realise their vision to transform this 14-level building. The significant works will deliver a modern, premium workplace with excellent amenity for prospective tenants, their visitors and the precinct community.
