Frankston Private Hospital Cladding Replacement

Scope of works included the demolition and removal of existing external cladding, sarking, and insulation material and replacement with non-combustible Vitraduel solid aluminium panel cladding, sarking, and insulation.

Cladding removal activities were required predominately on the North and West elevations over all levels, with minor works to the rooftop elements.

Included in the scope of works was the removal and replacement of the existing louvres and signage, upgrading external lighting and security systems, and reinstatement of soft landscaping.
