The scope of works included the demolition and removal of existing external cladding, sarking, and insulation material and replacement with non-combustible Vitraduel solid aluminium panel cladding, sarking, and insulation.
Cladding removal activities were required predominately on the South, East and West elevations over all levels. The scope also included minor works to the rooftop elements.
Included in the scope of works was the removal and repainting of louvres and replacement of the existing louvres and signage, upgrading external lighting.
Works required close coordination with the Owners Corporation and the tenants. Public safety was maintained throughout construction through the extensive use of hoardings and barricades.
