Introducing our Construction Manager Cale Halasa

Recently, we joined Cale on-site at our 380 St Kilda Road project. This project, among many others under Cale’s guidance, stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence. With a workload that spans between five to seven projects concurrently, Cale orchestrates teams with finesse, navigating complexities and devising strategies that propel us toward success.

A cornerstone of Cale’s approach lies in his dedication to collaboration. He’s not just a manager but a partner, working side by side with project teams daily to tackle challenges head-on. From intricate refurbishments to major structural works, Cale thrives in environments that demand innovation and precision.

Cale’s impact extends far beyond the confines of construction sites. He’s a liaison between our clients and stakeholders, ensuring that every aspect of our projects aligns seamlessly with their vision.

With 15 years of domestic and international experience under his belt, Cale brings a diverse perspective to the table. His journey has seen him navigate through a plethora of projects, each contributing to his expansive skill set. Notably, Cale has a knack for thriving in live and operational environments, a testament to his adaptability and resilience.

Currently, Cale is leading the team on multiple commercial projects, including the $27 million refurbishment and fit-out at 380 St Kilda Road, along with the transformative 14-level building at 5 Bowen Crescent. These undertakings stand as shining examples of his prowess in bringing visions to life.
