Inside the new Work Club at 7 Spencer Street
Building Engineering has successfully completed the commercial fit out of Work Club’s newest Melbourne location at 7 Spencer Street, delivering a premium flexible workplace and hospitality environment within one of the CBD’s newest commercial developments.
Positioned on the Yarra River within Melbourne’s North Wharf precinct, 7 Spencer Street is a new-generation commercial tower comprising more than 45,000sqm of premium office space.
Working alongside Work Club and designer Florence Guild, Building Engineering delivered a sophisticated new destination that brings together flexible working, collaboration, hospitality and events within a highly considered environment.
The completed fit out incorporates private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms, multipurpose spaces, conference and event facilities, and a licensed Club Lounge, creating a diverse workplace designed to support the evolving needs of Work Club members and guests.
Delivering within a premium new commercial development required careful coordination across a diverse stakeholder group, together with a strong focus on construction quality, detailing and finishes. The project team worked closely with all parties throughout delivery to ensure the completed spaces reflected the Work Club brand’s quality and character.
Through considered planning, coordination and program management, Building Engineering successfully delivered the project on schedule, creating a high-quality new Melbourne destination for Work Club.
