This project comprised of upgrading the main foyer of a multi-level DHS residential facility in Fitzroy. Works were delivered over a nine month period in a delicate operation while accommodating tenants of the occupied facility.

Originally built in the 1960s, the outdated foyer was transformed into a modern and appealing environment featuring stained glass windows, timber paneled ceilings and bulkheads, bluestone, granite and travertine tiling, slimline stainless steel windows, modern security vestibule, disabled toilet facility, revamped mail boxes and cleaner’s room, and increased space around the lifts foyer.

Landscaping, paving and a feature stained glass light box were built at the entrance, further enhancing the overall ambiance of the building.
