Ireland Street Apartments and Townhouses Complete

This development consisted of 8 apartments over 5 levels and 6 luxury 4 storey townhouses. The 8 apartments offer One and Two Bedroom options with open plan living, private balconies and contemporary design features and fixtures. Each townhouse features 3 bedrooms, study nook, modern kitchen, multiple outdoor balconies and a secure car park accessed at street level.

Difficulties during construction included bulk excavation with CAT A and CAT C Asbestos contamination, very tight access, materials handling (via hoist) and overhead powerlines. External rendering of the townhouse lightwells required specialist Abseiling from the roof.
